Description

As part of our Capacity Building project, South Manchester Regeneration
Team are providing free training to voluntary and community groups this
winter. The training sessions will cover:

Effective Work Planning
Fundraising from Grant Makers
Supervision and Appraising staff
Business Planning Demystified
Activity Planning for Volunteers

Please take a look at the attached training programme for more information
and for a copy of the booking form. Simply complete and return to us to
secure your place on the courses you wish to attend. Please note that due
to the limited places available, we can only accept a maximum of two course
places per organisation.

The sessions will be facilitated by our consultant Jonny Wineberg and are
open to all community and voluntary groups providing services to the
community in the south and central Manchester wards covered by out team.
These wards are:

Proceed to the end of Russell Street towards the Park.
Go through TWO sets of double gates into the park itself. (Ignore any
buildings to your right BEFORE the second set of gates.)
Turn right about 10 yards AFTER the SECOND set of gates and follow the
path round gently to the left towards the double storey building with
the sloping aluminium roof standing on its own about 100 yards away.
Enter the building via the gated play area near the side of the building
nearest the lake.
